First Level Of Maslow Pyramid
Sorry about being late with this post, I am currently experiencing an agrevation of one of my illnesses.
Maslow made a beautifully simple to understand concept of how human beings get along in the world. The point of his research was what was needed for a human being to make their way to the top of the pyramid.
Lets look at the base of the pyramid and consider what Maslow points out as our most basic needs. These needs are so great that if they are not met it would be close to impossible to progress to the next level of human fulfilment. Note that these things, such as the need for food, shelter, air, water, sleep, and sex, are REQUIRED by humans in order to just survive and perpetuate the species.
If we take a look around, we will note that a great many of us are heavily concerned with just getting these basic things, even in the so called "First World Economies". Why is that so important? Acording to Maslow each step up the pyramid requires mastery over the things in each segment of the pyramid, which pretty much means that in order to reach "Self Actualization" and all the things that come with it, we have to master everything under the apex of the pyramid!
Contemplate this concept and leave a comment if you wish. Next time, how we can "Automate" each section, one at a time in an orderly fashion and achieve the highest goal of self actualization.

A LITTLE FUN FOR THE WEEKEND
I always enjoy anything that stimulates creative thinking, so one of my favorite pastimes is solving puzzles. I thought that for the weekend we might have a little fun in creative thinking. This is one of my favorite puzzles. It requires some extensive logical thinking.
You enter a room. In the center of the room is a table. On the table there are ten boxes labled 1 to 10. Another thing on the table is a digital scale. There is a note on the table, it says " I give up!" I can't figure this out. If you find this note then maybe you can find the answer to the problem. Inside each box there are 10 marbles, they all look the same, the marbles weigh exactly 1 gram each, except for 1 of the boxes. The marbles in one of the boxes all weigh exactly 1.1 grams each. There is just one problem, which of the boxes has the heavy marbles. You may think I'll just put the boxes on the scale one at a time and the box with the heavy marbles will be easy to find. There is one problem, the scale can only be used once and after that it will no longer function. You may remove marbles from the boxes if you want, but remember, be careful because you must find which box contains the heavy marbles by only making ONE weighing, and no more.
You may leave your answer in the comments. I have something for the person who solves this first. OK, there you have it. Enjoy your weekend and have fun, Monday we start anaylizing disabilities, and see how well we can come up with some solutions that will help us to be able to work around them.
By for now, enjoy.
THE ANSWER IS THE THIRD COMMENT.

Just To Save Time
In order to save some time I am going to list my disabilities. After a little "education" we can start to understand how this relates to doing it right the first time. While my disabilities may not be yours, understanding how they seemingly set up limits as to what we may do, I hope by the time I tackle each one individually, we will see that not only is that not true but we can, in some instances make it an advantage (I will give some of my personal experiences). Let me list my disabilities with a short explanation. 1. Bipolar Disorder(the politically correct name for Manic Depression). This is an inability, for the chemicals that keep normal people balanced, to set the normal limits of chemical production in thr brain. There's little to none of normal feedback balance in people with this condition(I also Include clinical depression in this catagory). 2. Anxiety Disorders, which can be some of the most crippling diseases one could suffer through. 3. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. After experiencing extreme stresses, war, brutality in the home while raising children, near death experiences...etc. These stressors implant themselves in our subconcious minds just to torture us when facing a similar situation. 4. Ataxia and intention tremor. These two fit together since they both come from damage to the cerebellum. Ataxia is a loss of muscle coordination, resulting in a range of either mild(slight balance problems) to severe(inability to walk and worse. intention tremor occures when you can hold your hands out with no visible tremor, but when you try to use them they tremmor sometimes violently, resulting in an inability to write or feed ourselves without great effort and sometimes impossible. 5. Irritable bowell disorder. Very uncomfortable cramping of the intestins with some level of diahrea and constipation alternating. 6 Degenerative disc disease. it's just as it sounds, the discs in your spine develop bulges and fissuring with some bone spurs resting on the nerves. (ouch). That's the major disibilities I have, and I hope that as we discuss these things and find out how not to let them conquer us but think somewhat differently about not just these but other disabilities. What does this have to do with doing it right the first time. These things help to introduce a whole new way of viewing our limitations so they no longer stand in our way of accomplishing almost all that normal people can. Please feel free to leave comments, It may lead to further discussion and sometimes bring to light other ways, either you or a friend of yours may have found to cope.
